I've been a little stiff and sore since Saturdays race, so the thinking was I needed a run to loosen the legs up a little. It was a little tough at first and not the best of runs, but I'm sure it was well worth it. Only did just over 9k (9.2k, 43:33 for a 4:44 average km). Nice cool night though.
